Tanzil Ahmed — FCA | Senior Partner
Fellow Member, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP)
Mr. Tanzil Ahmed is the founding partner of T.F.O. & Co. and leads the firm’s overall operations and tax practice. He is a Fellow Member (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP).
He completed his mandatory articles at Ford Rhodes Sidat Hyder & Co. — a member firm of Ernst & Young Global — where he gained extensive grounding in audit, assurance and taxation. He subsequently developed deep expertise in corporate tax services, accounting software development and implementation, and client advisory.
Mr. Tanzil founded the firm in late 2010 under the name Tanzil Ahmed & Co., Chartered Accountants. Under his leadership, the firm has grown steadily into a trusted professional services firm with a diverse portfolio of corporate and individual clients. He is also actively involved in training client personnel and providing technical support for accounting systems.

Faisal Bashir — ACA | Partner
Associate Member, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP)
Mr. Faisal Bashir joined T.F.O. & Co. as Partner in 2011, at which time the firm was renamed Tanzil Faisal & Co., Chartered Accountants. He is an Associate Member (ACA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP).
He completed his training at KPMG Taseer Hadi & Co., gaining international-standard experience in audit and assurance. He subsequently joined M. Yousuf Adil Saleem & Co. Chartered Accountants — a member firm of Deloitte — as Assistant Manager, where he handled major multinational and local audit engagements.
His audit experience includes leading assignments for prominent clients such as ICI Pakistan Limited, Citibank N.A. Pakistan Branches, The Hub Power Company Limited, Pakistan International Airlines Corporation and Procter & Gamble Pakistan (Private) Limited. At TFO, he leads major audit engagements and brings the rigour of Big-Four methodology to every assignment.

Humair — ACA | Partner
Associate Member, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP)
Humair joined T.F.O. & Co. as Partner in 2018, following which the firm adopted its current name, T.F.O. & Co., Chartered Accountants. He is an Associate Member (ACA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP).
He completed his training at KPMG Taseer Hadi & Co., where he developed strong foundations in audit and financial reporting. He subsequently served as Senior Finance Manager at Peridot Products (Private) Limited — the owners of the KIWI and Glint brands — where he gained hands-on experience in strategic financial planning, ERP implementation, resource planning and budgeting.
At TFO, Humair currently leads audit and accounting engagements. He brings practical commercial insight alongside technical expertise, helping clients navigate financial controls, statutory reporting and operational challenges.
